Digital Delivery Policy

Nature of Service

BlinkCharts is a fully digital, subscription-based platform. No physical goods are sold or shipped. All products and services offered are delivered electronically via the internet.

Delivery of Subscription Access

Upon successful completion of payment:

  • Access to your subscribed plan is granted immediately and automatically
  • You will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address
  • Your account dashboard will reflect your active subscription and plan details
  • No further action is required on your part to activate access

Chart Availability

Charts, rankings, scores, and data are made available on the platform on an ongoing basis. As a guideline:

  • 60-month duration charts are updated at least once per week
  • 12-month duration charts are updated at least once per week and more frequently where data permits
  • Coverage includes Indian equities, international markets, commodities, currencies, and other asset classes as made available

Update schedules are best-effort and not guaranteed on any specific day or time.

Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability of the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party data issues, or unforeseen technical problems may occasionally affect availability. No refunds or credits are issued for downtime.

Failed Transactions

If your payment was processed but access was not granted within 1 hour, contact us at blinkcharts.com@gmail.com with your payment confirmation. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

No Physical Delivery

BlinkCharts does not deliver any physical product. If you are looking for a physical shipment, you have reached the wrong platform. All deliverables are digital and accessible online only.
