Terms of Service

By accessing or using BlinkCharts (blinkcharts.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

BlinkCharts is a quantitative market intelligence platform providing momentum scoring, trend analysis, and ranking of securities across global equity markets, commodities, currencies, and other asset classes across multiple timeframes. The service is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You must not be prohibited from accessing financial data under applicable laws in your jurisdiction

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data without prior written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or algorithms
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the platform without authorisation
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense our data, charts, or analysis

All content, algorithms, rankings, scores, charts, visual designs, and software on blinkcharts.com are the intellectual property of BlinkCharts. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the platform for personal, non-commercial use only.

BlinkCharts publishes updated charts on a best-effort basis. As a general guideline:

• 60-month duration charts are refreshed at least once per week
• 12-month duration charts are refreshed at least once per week, and more frequently where data availability permits
• Update schedules apply to both Indian and international markets

BlinkCharts does not guarantee updates on any specific day or time and reserves the right to modify the update schedule at its discretion without prior notice. Users with specific chart update requests may contact us at blinkcharts.com@gmail.com.

BlinkCharts sources market data from third-party providers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of any data. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in underlying market data.

BlinkCharts currently offers a monthly subscription plan. An annual plan may be made available at our discretion.

• All subscription fees, plan structures, and billing cycles are determined solely by BlinkCharts and are published on our pricing page
• BlinkCharts reserves the right to change prices, plans, features, and billing terms at any time without prior notice
• Price changes will take effect at the next billing cycle following the change
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST or other taxes as applicable)
• Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing

This includes but is not limited to:

• Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the service
• Unused portion of a subscription period
• Failure to cancel before renewal
• Dissatisfaction with chart update frequency or market coverage
• Technical issues on the user's end (device, browser, connectivity)
• Financial losses arising from use of the platform

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlinkCharts shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from use of the platform
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunity
• Interruption or unavailability of the service

Our aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 1 month preceding the claim.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds are issued upon termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bishnupur, West Bengal, India – PIN 722122.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
