No-Refund Policy

This policy applies to:

• Monthly subscription payments
• Annual subscription payments (if and when offered)
• Any other fees paid to BlinkCharts

Refunds will NOT be issued for any of the following reasons:

• You no longer wish to use the service
• You forgot to cancel before the renewal date
• You are dissatisfied with the content, chart quality, or update frequency
• You experienced technical difficulties accessing the platform
• The service was unavailable for a period of time
• You made a financial loss based on information from the platform
• You purchased a plan by mistake
• Duplicate payments – contact us and we will investigate, but outcomes are at our sole discretion

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous billing period. You will retain access to the service until the end of the current paid period.

By completing any payment on BlinkCharts, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No-Refund Policy. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
